• Your boiler is working at the time of signup
• Your boiler is reasonably maintained and safe to access
• You understand that boilers with heavy sludge, scale, or contamination may require extra work not included in the plan
• One annual boiler service every 12 months
• Safety and efficiency checks
• Flue and combustion analysis
• Cleaning of key components where required
• Priority booking for your service appointment
• Annual reminders
• A contribution toward small, service‑related parts that naturally wear over time
• Emergency breakdown repairs
• Call‑outs for loss of heating or hot water
• Major parts such as pumps, diverter valves, heat exchangers, PCB boards
• Gas Safety Certificates (optional add‑on)
• Repairs caused by sludge, scale, contamination, or poor water quality
• Repairs to radiators, pipework, valves, or external controls
• The plan lasts 12 months from the date your annual service is completed
• Once the service is done, you’re committed to the full 12‑month term
• You can only cancel early if the service has not been carried out
• After 12 months, the plan continues monthly unless you cancel
• If you cancel after a service has been completed, the remaining balance becomes payable
• You normally have 14 days to change your mind
• If you book your service within those 14 days, you agree to waive the cooling‑off period
• Once the service is completed, the full 12‑month contract applies
• £12.50 per month via Stripe
• Missed payments may suspend your plan
• If payments remain unpaid, the full remaining balance may become due
• You can request a preferred date
• We aim to book within a 7‑day window
• As a one‑engineer business, delays can happen due to overrunning jobs, emergencies, illness, or holidays
• Delays or rescheduling do not affect your contract or payments
• You’ll be offered the earliest available appointment
• You’ll be placed ahead of non‑plan customers
• Priority applies to service appointments only, not breakdowns
• Some small parts naturally wear out over time
• Your plan includes a contribution toward these if they fail within a normal lifespan
• If they fail early due to age, condition, sludge, or other issues, additional charges may apply
