Friendly Summary – Basic Boiler Service Plan

What You Get
• One annual boiler service every 12 months
• Safety and efficiency checks
• Flue and combustion analysis
• Cleaning of key components where required
• Priority booking for your service appointment
• Annual reminders so you never miss a service
• A contribution toward small, service‑related parts that naturally wear over time
What’s Not Included
• Emergency breakdown repairs
• Call‑outs for loss of heating or hot water
• Major parts such as pumps, diverter valves, heat exchangers, PCB boards
• Gas Safety Certificates (optional add‑on)
• Repairs caused by sludge, scale, contamination, or poor system water quality
• Repairs to radiators, pipework, valves, or external controls
Your Contract
• The plan lasts 12 months from the date your annual service is completed
• Once the service is done, you’re committed to the full 12‑month term
• You can only cancel early if the service has not been carried out
• After 12 months, the plan continues monthly unless you cancel
• If you cancel after a service has been completed, the remaining balance becomes payable
Cooling‑Off Period
• You normally have 14 days to change your mind
• If you book your service within those 14 days, you agree to waive the cooling‑off period
• Once the service is completed, the full 12‑month contract applies
Priority Booking
As a plan customer, you’ll be offered the earliest available appointment and placed ahead of non‑plan customers. We aim to book your preferred date within a 7‑day window.
Delays & Rescheduling
We’re a small business with one engineer. Sometimes delays happen due to previous jobs overrunning, emergencies, illness, or holidays. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated and rearrange as soon as possible.
Boiler Condition
Your boiler must be in reasonable working order at the start of the plan. If it’s unsafe, heavily sludged, or beyond economical repair, we may refuse service and advise you on next steps.
Perishable Parts
Some small parts naturally wear out over time. Your plan includes a contribution toward these if they fail within a normal lifespan. If they fail early due to age, condition, sludge, or other issues, additional charges may apply.
Payments
• £12.50 per month via Stripe
• Missed payments may suspend your plan
• If payments remain unpaid, the full remaining balance may become due
